I started this blog with a psalm as my inspiration. But as I go on, I realize that while I may hold on to the verse so strongly, it may be percieved as just a fancy arrangement of words by someone else. Meaning, the meaning behind it may not be understood. Perhaps, a different reading of it may drive its meaning deeper. Psalm 92:12 reads: The righteous will flourish like a palm tree. They will grow like the cedar of Lebanon.
To translate, here is another version that someone opened my eyes to:
The uncompromisingly righteous [having a right mind towards God] shall flourish like the palm tree [they will be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [They will be majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].
